Accella Learning Systems is developing a proprietary, SCORM-compliant, multi-user, Intelligent Tutoring System under contract to the U.S. Army's Telemedicine and Advanced Technology Research Center (TATRC) at Fort Detrick, Maryland.

Accella's senior scientist Bryan Bergeron, MD, was invited by TATRC to demonstrate his company's technology at a White House conference. Accella contracted Hoey Design & Solutions to create a working Flash demonstration of the core concepts behind the Intelligent Tutoring System. Steve Hoey designed the presentation and created the ActionScript code to simulate the designed behavior of the Intelligent Tutoring System.
