Why is this page so ugly?

The graphic designer of this Flash-based virtual tour contacted Hoey Design & Solutions seeking help in mastering a cross-platform CD-ROM. The Brigham and Women's Hosptial Cardiology Department wanted their Virtual Tour CD to open automatically when inserted into any computer, and to show custom icons when possible. Steve Hoey assisted the developer in creating a standalone CD-ROM that works flawlessly on Macintosh and Windows computers, automatically starting the Flash tour on compatible systems.
Steve is able to quickly and efficiently meet challenges relating to CD-ROM delivery of Flash-based products. Indeed, in this case, he was even able to catch inconsistencies in the ActionScript that would have caused problems if they had been burned to CD-ROM without correction.
